17-Year-Old Makes Half A Milly In 60 Days?

In yesterday's email, I wrote about how I had a surprise for you today.

And lucky for you I tend to deliver on my promises.

So in today’s email, we’re going to discuss how me and this 17-year-old made over half a million dollars in 60 days with a brand new business…

And most importantly how you can do the same.

Now I know what you’re thinking

“Half a million dollars in 60 days seems so out of reach”

Well here’s the truth.

The truth is it’s really not.

In fact - it’s a lot more simple than you think.

And making this type of money revolves around 5 core principles that you’ll discover from reading this newsletter.

Each of these principles is battle-tested, and proven to help you scale any business - not just info-products.

Over the next 5 days I’ll be breaking down each core principle, and today we’ll start with principle number 1.

But first, let me give you some context on the business we scaled and how this even came about.

So a few months ago I exited a company, it was my life’s work and after leaving that company I felt pretty empty.

I could’ve just sat around meditating looking for my next move, waiting for the universe to hand me an opportunity but we both know the world doesn’t work that way.

One time I read a book which I recommend all you guys read by the billionaire legendary copywriter Gary Halbert called the Boron Letters, and in this book he writes the following.

Movement beats meditation”.

So what did I decide to do?

MOVE.

I pulled out my phone, opened up my Rolodex of contacts, and just started having conversations with no intention really.

I just knew that if I moved something would shake, and that’s what happened.

Through these conversations, I sparked a conversation with an old mentor of mine, and this guy just happens to be one of the most connected people in the entire industry of online money.

People throw money at him every day, and he happily turns it away because it’s simply not worth his time.

I happen to do the same now often.

Moreover, this particular mentor of mine happened to have a potential client he could connect me with who needed an operator to help them scale his info-product business.

And after seeing who the client was, I was game.

I knew that if this deal connected, I would be on track to earn $2M or more every year just from this one deal in commissions.

The client you may ask?

I won’t reveal but I’ll give hints.

He’s a 17-year-old sensation, dropped out of school at 16, and makes nearly $1M per month.

You can do the digging on your own.

After a few short conversations - this deal was closed the same day on the spot for a total of $10,000 upfront, and 20% of the revenue generated ongoing.

Pretty sweet deal - but now it was time to work.

And by work I mean, creating the offer, product, marketing strategy, building the sales infrastructure, and the backend operations.

But here’s the thing….

We had a pretty tight nit schedule for launch approx. 25 days from onboarding to launching the offer.

But this isn’t really a bad thing.

Here’s why…

After consulting with hundreds of consultants and offer owners one of the biggest constraints I’ve found to launching a new info-product successfully is simply the speed at which you move.

In other words how fast can you go from idea to implementation.

So how does this idea speed go hand and hand with scaling an info-product?

Well, remember I said that I scaled this offer to $500,000 in only 60 days…

And the only reason we were able to do that was because of speed.

And the only reason we were able to move with speed was because of SOPs, also known as standard operating procedures.

These SOPs made it possible to have 50% of the launch covered within 24 hours.

Why?

Because a basic set of rules and procedures we follow when launching any new info- product.

And that brings me back to the number 1 principle when launching any new offer.

Speed.

Easiest way to move with speed?

SOPs.

I can go more in-depth into SOPs and the SOPs we’re running in a later email.

But for now, you should take a look at your current SOPs and if you aren’t able to move fast or with speed then you need to optimize your systems to ensure that you can.

Again - this is critical.

Now that’s it for today’s email.

Tomorrow we will discuss how we used our SOPs to create this offer in less than 24 hours.

I’ll also be covering in-depth what the offer is, and how I go about creating no-brainer offers that people just can’t say no to.

Talk later,

Malcolm.

Btw: reply to this email if you’re dealing with a lack of SOPs to scale your business and I may make a more in-depth email specifically just on the SOPs we’re using and how you can implement them.
