$1M/mo campaign breakdown

and how I’m managing this

This week I was tasked with a particular campaign that we’ll be spending a few million dollars per month on.

So in this email - I want to talk briefly about how I plan to manage this, as well as optimize these campaigns for maximum profit in a sequential order.

For starters, in the case of spending this much money on paid ads, you typically have to take a very unique approach for growth.

You see, in every market, you have something called a TAM, or, in other words, the total addressable market.

In the case of spending this much money on a single advertising campaign, it’ll be quite impossible to niche down in your marketing without maxing out your TAM in a relatively short period of time.

So my first plan of action is to craft my sales messages to address a wider market and spread mass propaganda.

For example - instead of targeting coaches and consultants I’ll adjust my marketing towards targeting everyday 9-5 workers who are constrained by their time, location, and financial freedom.

Now once I’ve crafted my marketing assets my next aim of focus will be geared towards improving overall efficiency.

This means focusing on backend systems that can sustain this much throughput through a particular funnel.

I’ll be implementing artificial intelligence, working with multiple different CRMs, and data analytics, buying multiple domains and “Vip” ad accounts, as well as adding the funnel on multiple different hosting platforms.

In this case, I have backups for my backups, solving problems faster, and I’ll be improving my overall productivity and speed with artificial intelligence.

After assembling the pieces I need for my backend systems I’ll begin building a Navy Seals sales process.

This includes hiring multiple reps, creating a consistent pipeline of new hires, crafting compelling sales assets, and implementing artificial intelligence for sales performance data.

At this point, we have everything we essentially need to launch this particular campaign on paid traffic, so the last step I’ll be focused on is data and optimization.

When running paid traffic at this scale the biggest lever you can pull is collecting data fast, and adjusting your approach even faster.

On a daily basis I’ll be meeting with my team at the WHOP NYC office on metrics and reverse engineering bottlenecks to turn them into solutions.

Now in this email, we’ve talked about my process for scaling massive advertising campaigns - however, make no mistake…

This process can be used on any scale to grow your very own campaigns and produce profits to your business.

That’s it for today’s email,

Talk soon,

Malcolm.
