Part 2: How To Craft A 7-Figure Offer In 24 Hours
Apologies for the late email today guys - this just tends to happen sometimes when you actually run a real business, and not just sell courses online.
I’m actively managing three 7-figure operations, constantly going back and forth talking to the higher-ups a billion-dollar company, and delivering an extensive service for my private consulting clients.
Lately, things have been hectic.
But luckily for me I’ve revamped and added some new systems to my business to make my life a whole lot easier.
At this point my CEO is now fully ramped up, he can manage and run my own offers like a seasoned veteran.
In fact - I’m sure he could launch his own offer and do fairly well.
My copywriter recovered from a sickness and just finished a 129-slide presentation for a webinar, and has a new AI tool we built in-house to help him write emails without much effort.
Additionally - I now have a full-time executive assistant who’s almost like a regular assistant but on steroids.
He makes sure emails get sent out, and tasks are done, manages our project management system, arranges my calendar properly, operational needle-moving tasks, and a whole lot more.
So things are looking bright - and shortly I’ll be able to dedicate a lot more time to this newsletter and even selling my own products.
Now, I didn’t say all of this just to yap and vent…
This actually brings me to the main point of this email, which is how to create an offer in under 24 hours using systems and processes that’ll make your life a whole lot easier, and quite enjoyable.
Having systems and not having systems can be the difference between your life being chaotic, or exotic.
This one little system in particular is designed to make you a lot of money, in a short amount of time, with as much seamlessness as humanly possible.
And that’s because a great offer can completely change your life. I'm talking about the type of life where you can travel whenever provide for your family, get that nice penthouse in the center of your city, and more.
But not just any regular offer - I’m talking about a 7-figure offer which is actually quite easy to make with the right system and process.
Now many people overcomplicate this process, but I’m going to show you how we did this in less than 24 hours and generated over $500,000 in 60 days in counting at the time of writing this email.
(We’re actually a lot closer to $600,000 at the time of writing and we’re only a few days past 60)
But that’s beside the point.
Here’s how we did it:
Market Research
Now this is the first step to creating any offer and we’ve made this process straightforward, and you can just copy it.
Firstly, create a typeform and on this typeform ask the following questions.
Name, Phone, Email
Age
Occupation
What’s Your Experience Level With (Business Model)
What’s Your (Goal) With Business Model
What Been Your Challenges You’ve Faced When Trying To Start (Business Model)
What Have You Tried So Far To Make (Business Model) Work
What Type Of Support Would You Like To Help You Achieve (Goal Outcome)
Next, just blast this out to your email list, and socials and frame this as a waitlist for a new project you’re working on.
And boom - at this point you know everything about your prospects, all the way down to where they work without having to do long consultation calls over the phone.
Simply blast a typeform and you’ll get all the ammunition you need.
Ideal Customer Profile Analysis
Now once you’ve completed step #1 - you must create something called an ideal customer profile analysis.
In short - all this is, is a centralized document that hosts all the information on your ideal customers in one spot.
Essentially you’re summarizing what information you’ve received from the Typeform and categorizing their problems, desires, things they’ve tried, existing and limiting beliefs, and their current situation all in one spot.
This practice will help not only you but even your sales team.
Everyone in your company now has a great idea of what to offer, and how to package it based on your specific customer.
This leads me to the last and final step, which is creating the actual offer.
Creating the offer
