Part 4: The Info-Warrior Survivor Guide

Running a business is similar to fighting for survival in the Amazon Jungle.

I actually have a theory that every business is it’s own living organism, similar to the trees and wildlife in the jungle.

This also means that you might scrape by just enough to see the light of the next day, but at the peak sundown, you might just get eaten alive.

I’m sure many of you guys feel like this every day.

One day you feel like nothing can touch you, and the next you feel like you are in an endless hamsterwheel of perpetual torture that won’t stop.

I’ve been there before myself, and it’s a real pain in the ass.

But just like many uncontacted tribes of the fierce Amazonian Jungle that’ve managed to survive their tough everyday lifestyle…

There’s a way for you to survive the horrifcs of your business.

Even better, there’s a way for you to thrive.

And in today’s email, I’m going to reveal to you a straightforward path to waking up every day eager, excited, and ready to start your day.

By not reading the depth of this email, you put yourself at grave risk of burnout, going bust, and ultimately losing more time and money than you’ve ever imagined.

It’ll hit you like an 18-wheeler coming at you full speed.

One day you have a business, and the next day it’s gone.

So pay very close attention as we dive into how to set up your business for success, so you can spend more time generating profits and creating beautiful and innovative ideas to move the needle forward.

If you just take a step back and look at the world you’ll notice that nearly everything operates on systems.

All the way from the animal kingdom, down to very boring businesses like junk removal and plumbing.

For example - if you purchased a brand new stunning home for your family but there wasn’t an HOA system (homeowners association), well your trash wouldn’t get picked up every Friday.

This will ultimately lead to an entire neighborhood submerging in the deepest smell of filth.

So, the solution is for you as a homeowner to pay a fee every month to your HOA to ensure your trash gets picked up on time.

Very similar to running an Info-Company, or a Growth Operating Agency.

A client pays for a product or service, and it’s your duty to fulfill for them at scale.

Now here’s the problem that plagues many online businesses in the industry of information products.

In order to fulfill a valuable product or service at scale requires many different systems and processes on the backend of your company.

This brings me to the point of how I’ve structured my and my client’s businesses for scalability and profitability.

With my agency, we have a system for everything.

Tomorrow we’re launching a webinar for one of my clients, which we think will generate anywhere from $150,000-200,000 in one single day.

As a result, I’ll get paid a substantial amount of the profits.

Why?

Because when a client pays me their paying for my systems and processes, I’d actually argue this is the only thing they are paying me for in the first place.

Here’s our internal system for building webinar funnels:

  • Founder (Me) Shares His Vision With The Team For The Webinar

  • Copywriter writes webinar sales pages, and bridge offer VSLs

  • Feedback round via notion

  • Founder copy chiefs webinar sales pages and vsl’s then approves via notion

  • Funnel designer creates the webinar funnel

  • Copywriter writes the webinar Script

  • Feedback Round Via Notion

  • Copywriter iterates the script based on feedback

  • Founder copy-chiefs the webinar and approves via notion

  • Designer receives notification to put webinar script into figma to create the design slides

  • Funnel designer finishes the funnel

  • Designer finishes design and Founder approves

  • COO integrates backend flows and quality checks

  • COO adds copy and paste webinar reminders into the backend of Webinarjam

  • COO makes sure all flows are working properly

  • Founder chiefs the entire webinar funnel at a high-level and test the functionality with COO for any bugs

  • Webinar goes live

And this is just one of our many systems.

We’ve spent months on months building custom dashboards for data analytics to track every single metric in our business, on top of that we’ve created step-by-step processes for building highly-converting funnels and marketing promotions in less than a week.

As the Founder, I’m constantly looking for ways to improve our systems, which is why I’ve just made a huge investment into the integration of AI in our business.

With that being said today, I want to do something special for you guys.

I’m giving you a special look into a few more systems inside of our agency to improve efficiency and speed.

So reply under this email, and I’ll set you up on a call with my COO to give you a sneak peek.

Talk soon,

Malcolm
